Tourist Visa

To apply for this visa you will need to provide:

• Two completed and signed application forms.
• Your original passport, valid for at least six months.
• Two recent passport-sized photographs (to be attached to each application).
• Your hotel booking in Algeria.
• A pre-paid, self-addressed and registered envelope.

The standard processing time for this visa is 10 working days after we receive your completed application.

Nearly everyone needs an Algerian Visa to enter the country. Nationals from the following countries DO NOT require a visa to travel to Algeria:

Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Democratic Arab Republic of Sahraoui, Seychelles, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia, Yemen.

The tourist visa for Algeria can only be used for leisure or recreational purposes in Algeria such as a holiday.

There are both single and multiple-entry options for Algerian Visas.

The Algerian Tourist Visa can be for either 30 or 90 days.

You have 30 days from the date of issue to activate your Algerian Visa.

The standard processing time for an Algerian Visa for Irish residents is 4 weeks, the express service is 2 weeks.
